To hold a home: Please print out the application and addendums (three pages), fill out completely and submit to the office with your holding deposit (the non-refundable deposit and application fee(s)). Initial deposits and move-in costs must be paid by cashier's check or money order or online payment only. Bring your completed application in person or send in the mail including your deposit. Or you can scan and email it and use the Online Payments tab to pay by credit card. Online payments add a convenience fee. Make sure to fill out the application completely and sign both forms. Join Our Waitlist:
Put down a small holding deposit of $100 plus the application fee(s) and let us know what size home you desire, and your preferred move-in time frame dates. Any homes that become available are offered as first choice to people on our wait list before they are offered to new people walking in the door. This process is "risk free" in that if we don't have the style of home you wanted for the time frame you needed, then we refund the holding deposit back to you! This also reserves current market pricing and wait list specials in case we do not have a special at the time we have a home for you. But if we have a better special when reserving the apartment for you then you will get the better special if you are already on our wait list.
